Hey, I’m Adhika Setya Pramudita, a software engineer based in Singapore. I like solving real problems by shipping things people actually use, and these days that mostly means applied AI.

What I do now

I’m a Lead Software Engineer on the AI Enablement team at Grab. We build AI-first tools for the whole company: a general-purpose agent platform, ways to go from a prompt to a deployed app, and safe ways for AI to access and act on enterprise data. I also work directly with teams like Finance, HR, Operations and Legal to put these tools into their day-to-day workflows, and I run workshops and mentoring to help more people get comfortable building with AI.

Before that

• Grab, Business Platform: I led the backend, prompt engineering and evaluation for the GrabMerchant Assistant, an LLM-powered advisor for merchants, and incubated MerchantOps, which turns merchant CCTV into analytics with computer vision and LLMs.
• Grab, Merchant Experience: I built the merchant insights dashboard and a real-time data ingestion system for financial reporting, and led a zero-downtime cloud migration.
• Blibli.com: I worked on developer experience, including an API gateway that unified authentication across services.

What I’m good at

• Backend: distributed services and APIs in Go and Python.
• Applied AI: LLMs, agents, MCP servers, prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Data: pipelines, OLAP databases and large-scale analytics.
• Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Terraform and Kubernetes, with a focus on reliability.

Outside work

I tinker with self-hosted services and Linux, publish small open source tools, and write about what I learn on this blog. This site runs on my own homelab.
